Talk to us first

Most concerns can be sorted out on the spot. Speak to any member of our team, or ask for the pharmacist, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue there and then. You can also call us on 01226 341 281 or use our contact form.

Making a formal complaint

You can make a formal complaint:

  • In person at the pharmacy — ask to speak to the pharmacist in charge
  • By phone on 01226 341 281
  • By email to admin@bramptonpharmacy.co.uk
  • In writing to: Superintendent Pharmacist, Brampton Village Pharmacy, 63-65 Knollbeck Lane, Brampton, Barnsley, S73 0TW

How we handle your complaint

Complaints are handled by our Superintendent Pharmacist, Raghu Chandar Mamindla (GPhC registration 2082557). We will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days
  • Investigate it fully and fairly
  • Aim to send you a full response within 20 working days — and if the investigation needs longer, tell you why and keep you updated
  • Use what we learn to improve our services

Making a complaint will never affect the care or service you receive from us. All complaints are treated in confidence.
